• Previous experience as a Residential Property Manager dealing with both private and corporate clients.
• Ability to work without supervision and in a team environment.
• Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages.

Responsibilities

• Manage a mixed portfolio of properties adhering to legislation.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, tenants, and contractors.
• Monitor arrears and carry out property inspections.
• Prepare specifications for repairs and oversee maintenance contracts.
• Liaise with the residential lettings department.
