Job summary

A reputable law firm in Reading is seeking an experienced property lawyer. This predominantly office-based role involves managing residential property transactions and supporting private client work, with the possibility to work from home occasionally. The ideal candidate should be a solicitor or CILEX with at least 2 years' experience in handling high net worth clients. The firm offers a part-time option as well.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a solicitor or CILEX in residential property.
• Ability to manage transactions independently.
• Ideally willing to handle commercial and rural property.

Small highly regarded property team require an experienced property lawyer.

The firm primarily undertakes private client work and the supporting property element constitutes some 20% of the firm’s workload.

This is a predominantly office-based role but there may be the possibility to work from home 1 day per week. The role can also be offered part-time.

The candidate must have solid residential property sale and acquisition experience, be comfortable in running their own transactions, and, ideally, be willing and able to cross over into commercial and rural property work.

It would suit a solicitor or CILEX with 2 years or more experience in HNW clients and properties.
