An established London-based law firm is seeking a Residential Property Lawyer to join its growing Residential team on a 3-month fixed-term contract, starting asap.
The team advises on high-value residential property transactions across prime central London and regional England. You will join a close-knit group of experienced lawyers and work predominantly with the Partners and with support from dedicated Paralegals.
This role offers exposure to a broad and high-quality residential property practice, acting for ultra-high-net-worth individuals, families and corporate investors acquiring and disposing of premium UK property. The team also advises a range of private banks, on residential property finance matters, from transaction structuring through to detailed property due diligence.
You will be involved in the full lifecycle of residential property transactions. The values typically range from new build properties up to £3 million, through to second-hand properties valued up to £20 million.
You will therefore be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, managing competing deadlines and maintaining high standards of client service. This role is well suited to a lawyer with strong residential property experience looking for a short-term, high-quality FTC within a leading London practice.
