RESIDENTIAL PROPERTY SOLICITORLEGAL EXECUTIVE/CONVEYANCER:

A national law firm is keen to grow their residential property team through the appointment of an additional Residential Property Fee Earner. Handle all aspects of freehold and leasehold sales and purchases and manage remortgages, transfers of equity and new build transactions. It is essential that you are confident in managing your own caseload with minimal supervision, have excellent communication and client care skills, strong attention to detail and organisational ability and a team player with a proactive and professional approach.
