Job summary

Experience Education’s JCA Apprenticeship is a fixed-term role based at Condover Hall near Shrewsbury. You’ll deliver outdoor activity sessions in a residential setting, supported by hands-on training and a Level 3 Outdoor Activity Leadership qualification.

All training is provided, with 40 hours per week at the National Apprentice Wage. Accommodation is on-site, meals are included, and DBS checks are arranged by the employer.

Qualifications

• No previous experience or qualifications required; full training provided.
• Must be aged 18 or over.
• Willingness to work with children and outdoor activities.

Responsibilities

• Deliver activities to groups safely and engagingly in a residential setting.
• Maintain equipment and bases for safety and readiness.
• Follow safety policies and report incidents.
• Collaborate with instructors and team leaders to ensure smooth operations.
