Job summary
Express Recruitment Limited is seeking Surveyors to join regional teams across Liverpool/Southport, Lancaster, Exeter/North Devon, Plymouth and South Wales. You will conduct residential valuations and Level 2 home surveys within an exclusive postcode area, using advanced technology to produce accurate reports.
The role offers a flexible, autonomous schedule, with potential to earn well through a basic salary of £45,000–£70,000 and a generous package including car allowance, mileage, and uncapped
Qualifications
- Proven background in residential valuations and Level 2 surveys.
- Strong written communication skills and attention to detail.
- Full UK driving licence with willingness to travel within local postcode area.
Responsibilities
- Carry out residential valuations and Level 2 home surveys within your designated postcode area.
- Produce accurate, high-quality reports using market-leading technology.
- Manage workload and diary to target 6 valuations per day with flexible hours.
- Build relationships with homeowners, lenders and stakeholders during property visits.
- Maintain professional standards while adapting to evolving surveying practices.
