Qualificações

• Strong knowledge of construction materials used in residential housebuilding.
• Experience in site management, site supervision, materials control or construction logistics.
• Good understanding of how a residential construction site operates.
• Confident communicating with delivery drivers, suppliers and site teams.
• Organised and able to manage multiple deliveries throughout the day.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and coordinate building material deliveries to site.
• Liaise with delivery drivers, suppliers and site management teams.
• Check incoming materials for quality, quantity and damage.
• Ensure correct materials are received and report discrepancies.
• Coordinate deliveries to minimise disruption to ongoing construction activities.
• Maintain an organised and efficient delivery process.
• Work closely with the Site Manager to ensure materials are available when required.
• Support the smooth day-to-day operation of the development.
