Qualifications

• Installing and maintaining electrical systems, fire alarms, and emergency lighting.

Responsibilities

• Conduct repairs and maintenance of building fabric and systems.
• Ensure residents enjoy a high level of cleanliness in the community.
• Liaise with contractors and monitor their performance.

Skills

Fluent English verbal and written communication skills

Education
