A leading maintenance service provider in the UK is seeking a Residential Maintenance Assistant to manage various plumbing and Legionella prevention tasks at Alderley Park, Macclesfield. We are looking for a Residential Maintenance Assistant working on behalf of our Alderley Park contract in Macclesfield. This role is permanent, full‑time (37.5 hours per week). On offer is a competitive salary and benefits package.
The role will involve hands‑on work delivering the services listed above with some customer contact. The successful applicant will build relationships with customers, looking after site needs and making improvements where applicable.
The Engineer will report to the Manager and the Account Manager. The right candidate will be expected to work Monday to Friday at Alderley Park and may be required to work on other sites, including shift work with late and early hours as required.
For this role, you must have evidence of the right to work in the UK. Disclosure checks may be required. Relocation packages are not offered for this role.
