Qualifications

• Have previous estate agency experience (e.g. Lister, Valuer, Estate Agent, Sales Negotiator)
• Be confident in generating new business in a target-driven environment
• Deliver outstanding customer care and customer service
• Be resilient, positive, organised, numerate and detail-oriented
• Have excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Be IT literate (MS Office, internet and email systems)
• Hold a full UK driving licence

Responsibilities

• Win new instructions and list properties for market
• Build strong relationships with clients face-to-face and over the phone
• Maximise opportunities to book appointments for Mortgage Advisors
• Deliver high-quality customer service consistently
