William H Brown in Scunthorpe is seeking an Apprentice Lettings Negotiator to join our residential lettings team. This is a real job with on-the-job training, designed to develop you into a capable letting agent through the Government Apprenticeship Programme.

You will learn all aspects of lettings, receive coaching from branch and area management, and work towards a nationally recognised qualification while you earn as you learn.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a career in Lettings.
• Customer care and customer service focus.
• Resilient, positive, organised, numerate and detail oriented.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• IT literate (MS Office, internet, email systems).
• A Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
