Job summary

Hill Group UK is seeking an Assistant Land Buyer to support our Land team from our Bristol office in identifying and progressing residential land opportunities. This is a hands-on role with exposure to live sites and the full acquisition process.

You will assist the Head of Land and Land Director with appraisals, data gathering and reporting, developing commercial, planning and technical knowledge aimed at progressing toward a Land Buyer role.

Qualifications

• Experience in residential development, property, planning or land agency.
• Strong numerical and data gathering skills.
• Ability to learn quickly and develop professional networks.

Responsibilities

• Research and assess potential land opportunities to support site selection.
• Assist with land offers, appraisals and reporting to inform decisions.
• Gather planning, title, access and environmental information for analysis.
• Collaborate with Planning, Technical, Commercial, Sales and Legal teams.
