Job summary

A leading house building company in the UK is seeking a Buyer for Residential House Building to join their procurement team. The Buyer will be responsible for sourcing and procuring materials, ensuring cost control, and maintaining strong supplier relationships for multiple housing projects. Candidates should have previous experience as a buyer in the house-building sector, excellent negotiation skills, and COINS experience. This position offers a long-term contract with a rate of £300 a day.
