£36,000 - £38,000 per annum

Elite Search Associates is currently looking for a Residential Home Manager to join a small elderly care home in Sileby, Loughborough.

Package

• £38,000 - £40,000 per annum
• Full time hours

• Succession role due to the current manager retiring

Requirements

• Diploma Level 5, The Registered Managers Award, NVQ4 or an equivalent or be willing to undertake this
• Previous experience working as a Home Manager within Elderly Care is essential
• Strong leader and confident in delivering excellent clinical leadership and line management
• Excellent knowledge of working within and to the CQC code of conduct guidelines.
