Job summary

Ganymede Energy is seeking a Gas Repair Engineer to inspect and diagnose faults in domestic boiler systems and perform repairs on private residential properties across the UK. You will use diagnostic skills to identify faults, with emphasis on a high first-time fix rate and safe operation of electrical components.

The ideal candidate will hold CCN1, CENWAT1, HTR1 and CKR1, hold a full UK driving licence, and demonstrate excellent customer service with a proactive, problem-solving mindset.

Qualifications

• Required boiler controls and heating system knowledge (CCN1, CENWAT1).
• Gas heating fault diagnosis and repair experience.
• Full UK driving licence with limited penalty points.

Responsibilities

• Identify and diagnose faults in central heating systems in private residential properties.
• Carry out boiler repairs and fault-finding with high first-time fix rate.
• Prepare reports and keep customers informed of work progress.
