Job summary

SNG (Sovereign Network Group) is seeking a qualified Electrician to join the Oxford-based compliance services team. The role covers the Oxford area with a company-provided van and fuel card, and involves time on the road.

You will perform routine testing, responsive repairs, and material planning in line with IEE wiring regulations while maintaining strict health and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Demonstrates health and safety awareness on site.
• Experience in residential/housing projects is preferred.
• Qualified to at least NVQ level 3 or equivalent, plus relevant electrical regs.

Responsibilities

• Carry out routine testing of electrical services in customers' homes as part of the Electrical Team.
• Perform responsive repairs and planned works in line with schedules and IEE wiring regulations.
• Maintain strong health and safety practices on all jobs.
• Estimate and requisition materials to support repairs and maintenance.
• Record and report on status and condition using inspection sheets and certificates.
