DEAR Services is seeking an Electrical Helper to assist residential clients with maintenance and service tasks. You will work hands-on, discuss options that fit client needs and budget, and showcase craftsmanship while following safety standards.

This role requires the ability to work independently or with a team, strong communication, and the capacity to lift 50 pounds and use hand/power tools. Travel to customer locations is required and a background check will be conducted.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of residential electrical experience.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and carry tools/equipment.
• Own tools and reliable transportation may be required.
• Strong verbal and written communication with customers.
• Willing to work independently or as part of a team.
• Comfortable in crawl spaces and attics and small spaces.
• Background check and valid driving eligibility.

Responsibilities
