You will oversee utility records, consult on designs, and ensure compliance with statutory regulations. The successful candidate will hold an HNC/HND in civil engineering and possess strong coordination skills, ideally with experience in residential or mixed-use projects. This position offers a salary of up to £75k, along with a hybrid working model.

Qualifications

• Background in civil design for residential or mixed-use projects.

Responsibilities

• Procure utility records and manage enquiries for new developments.
• Oversee external consultants preparing designs.
• Manage S38, S104, and S278 adoption agreements.
• Provide input into structural designs.
• Review consultant designs for compliance and value engineering.
