Job summary

Qualifications

• Grounding in property valuation and development consultancy
• MRICS qualification preferred or working towards
• Full UK driving licence desirable

Responsibilities

• Prepare valuations for residential development projects including Red Book valuations
• Support valuations relating to Section 106 deals and new-build stock
• Conduct site inspections, evidence gathering and property research
• Prepare Financial Viability Assessments to support planning applications
• Produce residual valuation models using Argus Developer and SDS ProVal
• Provide development and valuation advice across projects
• Build relationships with clients and contribute to team work
