• Understanding of the issues that face young people in care.
• Hold relevant qualifications in Health & Social Care.
• Experience in youth work or social/residential work is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the Statement of Purpose aligns with the needs of the young people.
• Develop effective communication strategies for staff.
• Manage and develop services delivered to young people.
• Ensure compliance with Health and Safety Regulations.
• Regularly inspect conditions of the facility.
