A regional local authority in Sheffield seeks a Deputy Children's Home Manager to assist in the establishment and management of new homes. The role requires experience with children with special needs, focusing on a therapeutic approach. The successful candidate will help ensure regulatory compliance and promote a supportive environment for both staff and children.
