Job summary

Frasia Wright Associates, a Scottish law firm, seeks an established Lawyer to join its Conveyancing Team in Peebles. You will handle residential conveyancing matters including re-mortgages, sales, transfer of titles, and contract drafting/review, with responsibility for your own caseload.

Candidates should have at least 2 years’ PQE and be confident managing a caseload with minimal supervision within a busy Scottish practice.

Qualifications

• Experience in residential conveyancing including re-mortgages, sales, transfer of titles, and drafting and reviewing contracts.

Responsibilities

• Manage own caseload with minimal supervision.
• Draft and review contracts for residential conveyancing transactions.

An exciting opportunity has arisen with our client, a Scottish Law Firm based in Peebles. The firm currently has an open vacancy for an established Lawyer to join its Conveyancing Team. The successful candidate can expect to be involved in all aspects of residential conveyancing including re-mortgages, sales, transfer of titles, and drafting and reviewing contracts.
