We’re working with one of the UK’s largest and most tech-forward residential conveyancing practices as they look to welcome a new Residential Conveyancing Solicitor to their growing South Manchester office.

Who we’re looking for

• 2–5 years’ PQE
• Experience managing a high-volume residential conveyancing caseload
• Comfortable with sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, and new builds
• Assertive, resilient and confident managing completions and tight deadlines
• Strong communication and client care skills
• Ability to work autonomously and within a team structure
• Goal-driven and comfortable working to metrics

What you’ll be doing

• Managing a caseload of 40+ residential conveyancing files
• Handling sales, purchases, remortgages, leasehold, freehold, and new build matters
• Liaising with estate agents, brokers, lenders, and clients
• Ensuring all transactions are progressed efficiently and compliantly
• Meeting task‑specific KPIs and contributing to team performance
• Supporting or mentoring junior staff (depending on seniority)
