Residential Conveyancing Solicitor

TSR Legal are pleased to be working with a forward-thinking conveyancing department in Abercynon, where innovation meets expertise. This dynamic and growing team is seeking a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor with a passion for high-tech solutions and exceptional client service.

Your Role: As a key member of the team, you will independently manage a diverse caseload, including:

  • Leasehold and freehold transactions.
  • Registered and unregistered property matters.
  • Sales, purchases, transfers, and re-mortgages.

You’ll play a vital role in ensuring seamless client journeys, progressing matters efficiently while maintaining impeccable file organisation.

To thrive in this role, the following skills are essential:

  • A qualified professional (CILEx, SRA, or CLC) with at least 2+ years of post-qualification experience (PQE).
  • Proven ability to manage a varied residential conveyancing caseload independently from instruction to completion.
  • Proficiency in legal software and the Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong communicator with exceptional verbal and written skills.
  • A results-driven approach with the ability to meet billing targets.
