Residential Conveyancing Paralegal, 2+ Years’ Experience, Nottinghamshire, £20K - £30K (DOE) – As a key member of the conveyancing team, you will play an integral role in supporting Solicitors within the department. The Role

The role involves managing and supporting the conveyancing process, including:

  • Preparing and issuing sale contract packs
  • Managing the exchange of contracts and related documentation
  • Preparing and submitting SDLT returns
  • Handling Land Registry applications and post-completion matters
  • Liaising with clients, Solicitors, and other third parties
  • Providing support to the wider team with administrative and legal tasks as required
