Overview

Residential Conveyancing Lawyer – Newton Abbot, Devon. We are a well-established, multi-office firm with a strong presence in the Devon property market. The Residential Property team is busy due to continued success and strong relationships with local agents and loyal clients. We are looking for a motivated and skilled conveyancer to join our Newton Abbot office.

Responsibilities
  • Manage a diverse range of residential property transactions from instruction to post completion.
  • Handle sales, purchases, re-mortgages, and transfers of equity to ensure a seamless process for clients.
Qualifications
  • Solicitor, FCILEx qualified, or licensed conveyancer with a minimum of 1 year PQE.
  • Solid experience in residential conveyancing with the ability to work both collaboratively within a team and independently.
