Job description

Well-established firm seeks an experienced residential conveyancer to bolster its domestic property offering.

My client is a highly-regarded firm based on the south side of Birmingham and is seeking to hire an experienced residential conveyancer to strengthen this area of its practice. There is some flexibility around levels of qualification and experience, and the firm is willing to consider applications from a broad range of residential conveyancers including solicitors, legal executives, licensed conveyancers or those who are ‘qualified by experience’, providing they are able to manage their own caseload with minimal supervision.

You will be handling a variety of residential conveyancing matters including sales and purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity and equity release, with these transactions relating to both freehold and leasehold properties. It is expected that you will have a good client-facing and personable approach, and will be keen to join a firm which works with an affluent client base including HNW individuals.

The firm is ideally located within commuting distance of Birmingham, Coventry, Solihull, Warwickshire and Worcestershire, so those seeking high quality work without a commute into the city centre should be interested in discussing further.
