The Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Senior Residential Property Fee Earner with 5+ years PQE to join our growing team. If you have a passion for property law and a strong track record of handling all aspects of residential conveyancing, we want to hear from you!

Role Overview

As a Senior Residential Property Fee Earner, you will not only manage your own caseload of residential property matters from instruction through to completion, but also play a key role in supervising and developing junior team members. You will act as a point of escalation, ensure consistent quality of service, and help drive process improvements within the department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a full caseload of residential conveyancing matters, including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages, lease extensions, and transfers of equity.
  • Supervise, mentor, and support junior fee earners and conveyancing assistants, offering guidance on technical and procedural matters.
  • Conduct title reviews, draft and approve legal documents, and ensure compliance with regulatory and firm standards.
  • Maintain high levels of client care, including direct client contact, and provide clear, commercially minded advice.
  • Work closely with the wider management team to enhance operational efficiency, improve client experience, and support growth.
  • Monitor caseload progression within the team, identifying any potential issues early and ensuring timely resolutions.
