Residential Conveyancing Executive

Residential Conveyancing Executive, 1+ Years Experience, Cheltenham, £Competitive (DOE) – This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a solid background in residential conveyancing who is looking to take on greater responsibility. JOB REF:2475

The Role
  • As a Conveyancing Executive, you will manage your own files and undertake a wide range of conveyancing tasks with minimal supervision.
  • You will also play an important role in supporting the wider team and contributing to business development activities.
  • You will carry out legal work including raising initial enquiries, chasing and reviewing responses, and raising further enquiries where necessary.
  • Undertake legal research and presenting findings accurately and in a timely manner.
  • You will also supervise more junior members of the team.
Skills Required
  • Experience in conveyancing and/or commercial property.
  • Exposure to real estate finance work is highly desirable and may have been gained within a broader real estate role.
  • The ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and engage professionally with clients.
  • Experience supervising junior team members, or the confidence to do so, supporting their development and the wider team.
  • The ability to work with minimal supervision and manage your own workload effectively.
  • Excellent technical ability and strong drafting skills.
  • Exceptional communication skills, attention to detail and work well within a team environment.
