Role: Residential Conveyancing Director Location: Sheffield Working Pattern: Hybrid Working Salary: £80,000 - £120,000 + Bonus Contract: Full-time, Permanent

Are you an experienced Residential Property Solicitor looking for something bigger than simply managing another conveyancing caseload? CRA Consulting are working with a progressive national law firm with offices across the UK as they look to make a significant senior appointment within their Sheffield operation. This is an opportunity for an established Residential Conveyancing Solicitor to join at Director level, play a key role in the future development of the department and help shape how residential property services are delivered as the firm continues to grow. The Role

The position will combine high-level technical residential property work with leadership, strategy and business development. You'll work with an established platform while having the freedom to help develop the department further. Depending on your background, your work could include:

• High-value residential sales and purchases
• Freehold and leasehold transactions
• New build matters
• Transfers of equity
• Remortgages
• Complex residential property transactions
• Technical supervision and escalation
• Team leadership and development
• Recruitment and succession planning
• Business development and relationship management
• Developing introducer and referrer relationships
• Improving systems, processes and client experience
• Supporting the wider strategic growth of the firm

Crucially, the firm isn't looking for someone to simply maintain the status quo. They want a Director who can look at the market, understand where the opportunities are and help create a residential property operation built for the future.

What we're looking for

We're keen to speak with established Residential Property Solicitors who are already operating at a senior level or who feel ready to make that step. You could currently be a:

• Director
• Partner
• Head of Conveyancing
• Head of Residential Property
• Legal Director
• Senior Associate
• Managing Associate

You will ideally have a strong technical residential conveyancing background alongside evidence of leadership, commercial awareness and the ability to develop relationships. A following or established network would certainly be attractive, but equally important is having the personality and ambition to help build something.
