Qualifications

• Experience in handling property transactions.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing a varied caseload of property transactions.
• Prepare and issue documentation to clients.
• Communicate with clients, estate agents, and solicitors.
• Conduct property searches and assist with client onboarding.
• Provide administrative support including data entry.
• Monitor case progress and ensure files move forward.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
• Provide excellent service and regular updates to clients.
