Required: a minimum of six months’ experience in a legal support role within residential or commercial conveyancing, and a proactive approach to deadlines and documentation.

Qualifications

• Experience in conveyancing - essential
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Assisting with post-completion tasks, including completing and submitting Stamp Duty Land Tax (SDLT) forms
• Processing applications and registrations at Companies House
• Supporting pre-completion work, including liaising with fee-earners, mortgage lenders and clients to obtain documentation and updates
• Providing administrative support to fee-earners on their caseloads, ensuring deadlines are met efficiently
