• Handling freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, including new‑build properties.
• Managing transfers of equity, assents, re‑mortgages, and first registrations.
• Advising on lease extensions and other non‑transactional property matters.
• Providing general land law advice to clients.
• Working closely with the team to keep cases running smoothly and efficiently.
