Residential Conveyancer Nottingham City Centre £30,000 to £55,000

The Position

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a full-time Residential Conveyancer to join my client’s Nottingham office. This role offers the chance to manage a wide range of residential property transactions, supporting clients through every step of the process and gaining hands‑on experience in conveyancing.

Key responsibilities
  • Managing residential property sales, purchases, and remortgages from start to completion
  • Preparing, reviewing, and checking contracts, title documents, and related legal paperwork
  • Liaising with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other professionals throughout the transaction
  • Conducting searches and investigations, including title checks and enquiries
  • Managing case files and ensuring all documentation is accurate and up to date
  • Preparing completion statements and facilitating post-completion procedures
  • Providing clear guidance to clients on the conveyancing process
  • Supporting fee earners with administrative tasks to ensure smooth case progression
  • Ensuring with internal processes and regulatory requirements

Previous experience in residential conveyancing is highly desirable.
