A high performing Property specialist law firm is recruiting an experienced conveyancer to join its leading team in Newcastle.

The firm is a market leader in the conveyancing sector and is based in modern offices with great transport links to Newcastle and the surrounds. It prides itself on working closely with its clients to offer a service which encompasses both technical expertise and an efficient service.

OPPORTUNITY

This role will involve acting on behalf of private clients. The successful candidate will be exposed to a wide range of matters.

The caseload will consist of both freehold and leasehold sales and purchases.

REQUIREMENTS

At least 2 years experience handling a varied caseload from inception through to completion using a case management system.
