Job summary

Elite Touch Group is seeking an experienced legal professional to join our residential conveyancing team in Billericay. You will handle freehold and leasehold matters, shared ownership, new builds, sales and purchases, and re-mortgages, liaising with clients and external professionals.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years PQE as a legal executive or solicitor, excels under pressure, and can manage a varied caseload with attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years PQE as a legal executive or solicitor.
• Able to manage a varied residential caseload with accuracy.
• Proficient with case management systems and client liaison.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
• Strong communication and client care skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage freehold and leasehold matters.
• Handle shared ownership, new builds, and re-mortgages.
• Liaise with clients and external professionals throughout matters.
• Support lease extensions and equity release work as needed.
