Residential Conveyancer – Bonuses on ALL Fees Billed – Salary up to £60,000 – Clear Path to Progression – Bristol Office

A South West law firm, due to a surplus of Residential work, are looking for an experienced Conveyancer to join their Residential Property team in Bristol, and to take on an existing caseload. Their salaries are highly competitive, and their bonus scheme (on all fees billed) almost unprecedented in the market.

What the Firm Offer:
  • Competitive salary rising to £60,000 dependent upon experience
  • Bonus scheme based on fees billed (minimum of 10%, rising through to 20% depending on a range of factors such as client satisfaction and tidiness of compliance)
  • They love to ‘grow their own’, never employing Partners or Senior Associates external to the practice, and people have genuinely progressed from Paralegals to Senior practitioners
  • 2 days per week WFH post-probation
  • 1:1 allocated secretarial support
  • Great culture and training
What the Firm are Looking for:
  • Qualified Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer with a minimum of 2 years PQE, and wide-ranging experience within Residential Conveyancing
  • Someone who will hit the ground running, able to take on an established client base and existing portfolio of work with minimal supervision
  • A Conveyancer adept with mixed caseloads, and who can cover a broad range across the spectrum of Conveyancing
  • High levels of networking and interpersonal skills

You will take on from the outset a very solid flow of existing work, primarily local to Bristol and the South West, though some national, joining a firm who make clear internal pathways to progression their central ethic, and therefore who desire a Conveyancer wanting an excellent career, as opposed merely to a job.

The firm hire based on a single-stage, relatively relaxed, non-interrogative interview.
