FDR Law is seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancer for a fully remote consultancy role in the UK. You will manage your own conveyancing caseload from instruction to completion, with flexible hours and a 75% fee-split on generated fees.

The firm provides advanced legal tech, marketing support, and leadership access to help you grow. Candidates who are legally qualified in England and Wales and able to generate their own instructions are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Experience in residential property transactions from instruction to completion.
• Ability to develop and manage own client base with backing from the firm.
• England and Wales property law qualification is required or in good standing.

• A qualified solicitor, licensed conveyancer, or legal executive with experience in residential property

P.S. Our Legal Consultancy Programme does not require a set number of years PQE, however you need to be practising and legally qualified in England and Wales in Property law, and able to generate your own instructions.
