Residential Conveyancer

Peterborough – Hybrid

TSR Legal are proud to be working with a leading UK law firm with an international presence who are now seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancer or Solicitor to join the firm’s expanding Residential Property team.
This is a permanent, full-time position (37.5 hours per week) offering hybrid working options once you’re settled in your workload.

You’ll bring strong local market knowledge and client connections within your chosen region, with the confidence to manage a varied caseload and hit the ground running.
Please note, occasional travel and out-of-hours working may be required for networking, business development, meetings, or training.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a diverse caseload including freehold and leasehold sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity.
• Liaise proactively with clients and third parties to progress transactions efficiently.
• Handle cases independently from instruction through to post-completion.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and firm policies.
• Provide technical guidance to colleagues and contribute to team knowledge sharing.
• Build and maintain strong professional relationships and networks.
• Deliver exceptional client care, ensuring all client needs are met effectively.

About You:

• Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, Chartered Legal Executive, or equivalent.
• Proven experience managing a broad range of conveyancing matters.
• Knowledge of complex transactions such as Shared Ownership, New Builds, and Lease Extensions.
• Skilled in resolving technical and title issues.
• Confident with Microsoft Office and case management systems.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills.
• Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Able to work well under pressure while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.
