This role requires at least 3 years of PQE in residential conveyancing and strong communication skills.   • Conduct searches, enquiries, and investigations.
  • Provide clear updates and advice to clients throughout the process.
  • Maintain accurate case records and assist in mentoring junior staff.

Residential Conveyancer - Liverpool

Salary: £35,000-£45,000 (flexible depending on experience)

A well-respected firm in Liverpool is seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join their team due to an exciting project going live. This is an urgent hire and an excellent opportunity to manage a varied caseload while contributing to the growth of a brand-new Conveyancing team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage residential property transactions from instruction to completion, including sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, and auction transactions
  • Draft and review contracts, transfer deeds, and mortgage documentation
  • Liaise with clients, estate agents, mortgage brokers, and other solicitors
  • Conduct searches, enquiries, and investigations to ensure compliance
  • Provide clear updates and advice to clients throughout the process
  • Maintain accurate case records and assist in mentoring junior staff
