Job Title: Residential Conveyancer
Location: Liverpool City Centre (Hybrid considered)
Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent

Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic conveyancing practitioner who can independently manage a varied residential conveyancing caseload, progress transactions swiftly, and maintain high client service standards. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and passionate about building relationships with clients and contributing to the growth of the department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle a full and varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters, including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases.
  • Prepare and review title and mortgage reports, respond to enquiries, and handle technical conveyancing work with minimal supervision.
  • Liaise with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and solicitors to ensure a smooth transaction process.
  • Maintain and enhance client relationships through excellent communication and service.
  • Support and help develop conveyancing assistants as the department grows (experience in this is desirable but not essential).
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in residential conveyancing (Solicitor, CILEX, or experienced Fee Earner).
  • Strong technical knowledge and ability to manage a mixed residential caseload independently.
  • Excellent time management, problem-solving, and client care skills.
  • A proactive approach to case progression and service delivery.
  • Experience mentoring or training junior staff is an advantage.
Working Hours
  • Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm
  • Office-based, with hybrid working options considered
