OVERVIEW:

• The appointed conveyancer will manage a caseload of residential property matters.
• Your caseload will consist of sales, re-mortgages, freeholds, leaseholds and new plot purchases.
• In this role, you will provide excellent service to clients in all aspects of residential conveyancing.
• The firm are looking for experienced solicitors, legal executives or licensed conveyancers with 6-10 years’ experience.
• Previous experience handling residential conveyancing transactions.
• You will be able to run a caseload under minimal supervision.
