RESIDENTIAL FEE EARNER / LICENSED CONVEYANCER

COLCHESTER, ESSEX

£35,000 - £50,000

QED Legal are currently seeking a Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner or a Residential Property Licensed Conveyancer, to join our well‑respected client in Colchester, Essex.

We are looking for someone with case handling skills to join their friendly and established residential team. You will be expected to manage a full and varied caseload for roughly 2 to 5 years.

They have very good attitudes towards their staff and know how to value them; people are not treated as a number. They are a really approachable team that has nurtured their culture and great progression plans.

The type of residential transactions you should have experience on are:

• sales
• purchase
• leaseholds
• freeholds
• remortgages
• transfers of equity

If you do not have experience on a couple of the above, we still welcome applications. However please note if you do not have case handling experience within residential conveyancing, you will not be considered.
