An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Residential Conveyancer to join a friendly, community-focused high street firm in Greater Manchester. You’ll be managing a varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters with the backing of a modern infrastructure and a team-first culture.

Who we’re looking for

• 3–5 years’ PQE (or equivalent) Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer (CLC), or Chartered Legal Executive (CILEx)
• Strong experience managing your own residential conveyancing caseload
• High street or mid-tier law firm background preferred
• Skilled in handling freehold / leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, and new build transactions
• Strong client relationship and communication skills
• Organised, proactive, and able to manage files independently
• Down-to-earth, approachable, and team-oriented

Salary & Benefits
