Job Title: Residential Conveyancer
Location: Carlisle (Hybrid Working Available)
Standard Hours of Work: 35 hours per week (Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm)
Salary: £50,000 to £65,000 + Bonus

Residential Conveyancer - Join Our Thriving Team! Are you an experienced Residential Conveyancer with a passion for property transactions and exceptional client service? We are looking for someone to manage a diverse caseload, contribute to the growth of a forward-thinking business, and support the team in delivering high-quality conveyancing services.

Location: Based in Carlisle (with offices across Cumbria), with the flexibility to work from home.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage Your Caseload: Oversee a variety of property transactions, including sales, purchases, new builds, leasehold, and shared ownership, supported by an assistant. Flexibly manage workloads to keep things running smoothly.
• Drive Performance: Ensure that transactions move forward efficiently, meeting all relevant KPIs and SLAs.
• Achieve Targets: Meet your personal completion targets while providing top-tier client service.
• Build Relationships: Maintain close contact with clients, solicitors, panel members, and referral businesses to ensure everyone is kept informed.
• Mentor Your Team: Lead by example, supporting junior colleagues with file management and maintaining professional standards.
• Stay Current: Engage in training and performance reviews, contributing to the development of modern conveyancing practices and helping the business remain innovative.
• Ensure Compliance: Maintain strict adherence to SLAs, Anti-Money Laundering regulations, and SRA requirements.

What We're Looking For

• Experience: Minimum of 3 years in a conveyancing fee earner role, with openness to applications from more experienced candidates.
• Property Expertise: Comfortable managing a variety of property transactions, including leasehold, new builds, and shared ownership.
