Job Title: Residential Conveyancer – Solicitor / CILEX / CLC Location: Bath, Salary: £36,000 – £52,000 per annum (DOE) + Excellent Benefits Hours: Full-Time, Monday to Friday

TSR Legal are pleased to be working with a highly-regarded and forward-thinking law firm based in the heart of Bath who are currently seeking a passionate and experienced Residential Conveyancing Professional to join their dynamic property team. This is a standout opportunity for a qualified solicitor, licensed conveyancer (CLC), or legal executive (CILEX) looking to be part of a supportive, modern, and growing firm with a real sense of community and flexibility.

The Role:

Reporting directly to the Managing Director, the successful candidate will manage their own caseload, dealing with a broad range of residential conveyancing matters, including:

Freehold and leasehold transactions

Right to Buy

Shared Ownership

Registered and unregistered titles

Transfer of Equity

The role would suit someone who is highly organised, proactive, and confident in managing files independently from instruction through to post-completion. Strong client care and communication skills are essential.
