Job summary

Valoris Group Limited is recruiting a Construction Planner for a permanent role in West Malling, Kent, supporting major residential projects through all phases.

The ideal candidate will be proficient in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Asta, with strong communication and leadership skills, and a proactive approach to forecasting, planning and reporting. Experience coordinating with site teams and engineers, and submitting progress reports.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Asta.
• Strong communication and leadership across departments.
• Analytical skills for data review and reporting.
• Ability to forecast and deliver against plans.
• Proactive, forward-thinking approach to problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain construction and pre-construction programmes.
• Support the preparation of construction logistics plans, tender presentations, and 3D models.
• Produce and update progress reporting schedules and monthly reports.
• Maintain accurate records of programme updates and distribution.
• Obtain and act on feedback from site teams to improve future planning.
• Conduct site visits to verify progress and broaden knowledge of construction methodology.
