Job summary

Yolk Recruitment Ltd is recruiting a Civil Engineer in Pontypridd to design infrastructure for residential projects and support delivery across multiple schemes. The role requires AutoCAD experience and familiarity with 3D design tools, collaborating with directors and engineers to ensure compliant, timely solutions.

You will engage with clients and authorities, attend site meetings, and contribute to package negotiations while benefiting from a supportive team and clear progression paths.

Qualifications

• HNC/HND/Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Working knowledge of AutoCAD.
• Experience using 3D design software such as PDS or Civil 3D.
• Interest in residential or general infrastructure developments.
• Knowledge of SAB Approvals advantageous but not essential.
• Full UK driving license.

Responsibilities

• Designing infrastructure for new and existing residential projects.
• Customer and supplier liaison.
• Attending site meetings.
• Managing package agreements and approvals.
• Supporting amendments to projects in line with demands.
• Working with authorities on Section 278, Section 38, Section 104, Section 185 and SAB Approvals.
