Therapeutic Care in Kendal seeks a Night Practitioner to join our small team, delivering high-quality care to children and young people with a therapeutic approach.
We offer full training, 35 hours per week, 10pm–8am shift, 3 on 3 off pattern, and enhanced DBS checks. Overtime pays £1 extra; opportunity to grow within a supportive residential setting.

Therapeutic Care is a residential childcare provider based in Lancashire. At our core, we believe in supporting our teams through learning and development to be able to deliver high quality care with therapeutic approach to children and young people, inspire confidence and help them reach their potential.
We are currently seeking reliable, motivated and energetic Night Practitioner to join our small team in Kendal. As a Night Practitioner you will provide high quality care to children and young people in our services using integrated therapeutic approach.
We are looking for transferable skills so no qualifications or experience required as we provide full training to support you in your role!

Shift Pattern: 3 on 3 off rolling shift pattern
Ensuring the safety and well-being of children and young people, as well as protecting vulnerable individuals from any form of abuse, is a paramount focus throughout all of Therapeutic Care's services. We are fully dedicated to effectively promoting safeguarding measures across our organisation.
This role is subject to necessary background checks, including an Enhanced DBS.
