This night support post sits in CrossReach's Children & Family Services and covers 30 hours a week of residential night shifts. Qualifications

• HNC in Social Care, or willingness to work towards it
• SVQ Level 3, or willingness to work towards it

Registration & licences

• Experience working with children or young people, or in a care or education setting

• Makes sound decisions and responds calmly when situations arise
• Patient and reliable
• Manages time effectively across a night shift
